"Matcha is having a moment, so we’ve levelled up our latte-grade blend. To boost flavour and colour, we now fold in a portion of certified-organic ceremonial matcha. It’s made from shade-grown Longjing and Jiukeng leaves, harvested from the high Jing mountains in Hangzhou — the birthplace of matcha.

The backbone stays the same: JAS-certified organic matcha grown in Kagoshima and milled in Kyoto, purpose-built for milk. It’s a considered mix of cultivars: Yabukita for balance, Asanoka for umami, Saemidori for sweetness, and a touch of Kanayamidori for that creamy finish. All tencha is stone-milled in Uji to ensure it suspends beautifully in milk or alt-milk.

The result? A richer, brighter, creamier matcha that shines in milky, frothy serves."
