Domestic orders are shipped using Interparcel, Australia Post and their Express Post service. Delivery times for 'Standard Shipping' and 'Free Shipping' 2-5 business days. Shipping times for Express Post is treated with priority 1-3 business days.
Tracking and Delivery
Your tracking number will be emailed to you directly from the shipping partner when your order is dispatched. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and contact number.
All parcels are marked as 'Authority to Leave'. If this option isn't the best for you please leave a comment in the comments section at checkout advising so. Please keep in mind that if noone is home to sign for the parcel, it may be delivered to your nearest parcel collection point or in some cases returned to us in Surry Hills.
Does delivery and time in transit effect the quality of my coffee?
We have found in our time here at HQ in the department of quality control, that fresh isn't exactly the best. The best window to brew espresso roast coffee is actually 10-20 days after roast or 7-25 days for filter roast. And, importantly coffee continues to be optimal for at least 30 days after roast, up to as long as 6 weeks from the roast date.
While we do ask our freight partners to handle with care, we also recommend ensuring there is a safe spot for your coffee to be delivered - Away from direct sunlight.
Once your order has been collected by our freight carriers, delivery times are outside of our control. We are unable to refund or replace items that are delayed during transit. If the order is declared lost or missing, we will kindly replace it.
