From the legendary Hacienda La Esmeralda, this washed microlot comes off the back of their triple crown win at the 2025 Best of Panama — topping Washed Geisha, Natural Geisha, and Traditional Varietals, and setting new world records in the process.
Noria 4 FB was harvested on February 22nd, 2025 from the Noria lot at Esmeralda’s Jaramillo farm — one of the original sites where Geisha was first planted in Panama.
After depulping, the coffee was fermented for 72 hours in a low-temp room, then slowly dried over 22 days on raised beds. The process brings out delicate layers of jasmine, stone fruit, and a rich thread of brown sugar. A standout coffee from a farm that continues to shape the future of Geisha.
