Willian is an older producer who is adopting more specialty driven practices later in his farming career. The majority of his farm is Catimor and Bourbon varieties which is what makes this lot unique. We are getting heaps of prominent melon in the cup alongside peach and toffee all the way through. We love this delicate coffee and excited to work with Willian again in the future.
