Hello and welcome to reubenhills.com.au! Below we break down the basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our online store. Please note that your use of our online store constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
1. Transaction currency and pricing
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2. Shipping and delivery
Deliveries within Australia are shipped using Interparcel, Inxpress, Australia Post and their Express Post service. Delivery times for 'Standard Shipping' and 'Free Shipping' 2-5 business days. Shipping times for Express Post is treated with priority 1-3 business days.
*Delivery times are dependent on shipping companies and local postal services. COVID-19 and the effects of climate change cause some delays from time to time. Please refer to the tracking code and details sent to you once it leaves the roastery.
3. Customer Service
Reuben Hills is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
4. Ongoing Sub Club Subscriptions
If you signed up for an ongoing subscription your first charge will be on the day you purchased the subscription. After your first delivery we will then charge you each time we pack and send out your coffee club subscription delivery.
Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account or email.
5. Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Reuben Hills online store, so we have a 7 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the online store for any reason, please contact us for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 7 days of shipment. Please inform us of your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Goods that need to be posted back can be sent to: 61 Albion St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
Merchandise items or Brewing equipment must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Items purchased online can be exchanged our cafe Reuben Hills in Surry Hills NSW (please ensure you bring proof of purchase). If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
6. Errors
Whilst Reuben Hills takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Reuben Hills website, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by Reuben Hills that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability.
Reuben Hills reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part of Reuben Hills. Reuben Hills will not be bound by incorrect information which appears on the Reuben Hills website or in any other document or information issued by Reuben Hills.
