Santa Catarina is located in the Pedralva region, this is a family owned farm focusing on growing Yellow Bourbon, Red Catuaí and Yellow Icatu varieties - Championing in Natural Fermented Process. We came across Sebastião's farm via our good friends at Carmo Coffees and Pedra Branca Wetmill. Through their guidance, hard work and attention to detail Sebastião is more attentive to crop care, soil analysis and post harvest processing. This is the first time we have purchased from Sebastião and look forward to a bright future with him.
