SINCE, HE HAS CONSTRUCTED A PROPER ROAD MAKING IT MORE ACCESSIBLE AND HAS ACQUIRED A NATURAL WATER SPRING NEARBY TO HELP WITH THE IRRIGATION OF THE LAND. FINCA ROSMA IS A SUSTAINABLE COFFEE FARM, PROVIDING HOUSING, SCHOOLS AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO ALL OF ITS EMPLOYEES.

HONEY PROCESS INVOLVES LEAVING THE SMALL AMOUNT OF MUCILAGE ON THE COFFEE FOR DRYING. THE MUCILAGE IS STICKY AND SWEET AND SOME TIMES REFERRED TO AS HONEY.
